23th International Karate Easter Seminar DTSKF 12. - 13. March 2016 in Berlin

This time we had some really good international top Karate Masters in Berlin. All organized by the German Traditional Shotokan Karate Federation.

The President of DTSKF invited the Karate instructors Sensei Robert Sworek 8th Dan, ISKF-Poland, Sensei 8th Dan Enver Cakiqi WTKA-Albania, Sensei Danny Le Rose 3. Dan ISKF-Switzerland and Sensei Pierre Leiding 6. Dan-JKA Berlin/Vice-Director of DTSKF.  Unfortunately, the mother of Sensei Cakiqi was ill. So he was not able to attend the seminar.

This seminar and course was attended by 178 participants who had traveled from three different countries and five different regions of Germany.

The seminar was conducted by all Masers. The first team Sensei Sworek and Sensei Leiding opened the course. Sensei Le Rose and myself formed the second team. We all started with technical basics and Sensei Sworek some interesting Kumite exercises for a good balanced workout. Sensei Le Rose prepared the lecture “mental preparation for athletes” for the adult group to set them in the right mood for upcoming competitions. The presentation was not only interesting, but was also exciting and fun.

The Saturday was ended with a pleasant dinner at the Greek  restaurant "Syrtaki". The conversations held that evening promise a good future for Karate.
